CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Customer care representatives are the primary point of contact between customers and our company. These individuals are responsible for recording customer information accurately, scheduling appointments, answering customer questions, conducting outbound calls, and keeping our entire business organized and moving smoothly. RESIDENTIAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Residential service technicians are tasked with providing repairs, diagnostics, and inspections for residential customers. Ideal candidates will be solution-oriented and be proficient at finding cost-effective, fast, and high-quality solutions to all types of HVAC or electrical issues. This is strictly a residential service position—no light commercial, no new construction, and no oil furnace work. We provide year-round work with an extensive support team. Ideal candidates will have previous experience, own their own basic tools, and have a clean driving record.Requirements:Minimum of 2+ years of experience (strongly preferred)Must be able to demonstrate considerable skill and mastery of their tradeMust have NATE and CRF certificationMust have exceptional written and verbal communication skillsMust demonstrate outstanding customer service skillsMust have an insurable driving record Must own basic HVAC or electricians’ tools -
MAINTENANCE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Our maintenance service technician is an entry-level position and a great way to start your career in the lucrative and ever-growing HVAC industry. Maintenance service technicians are responsible for performing preventative procedures on either heating and cooling or electrical systems as well as minor repairs. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, solution-motivated, and be capable of detecting potential problems in all types of different heating and cooling or electrical equipment.Requirements:Must have a trade school completion certificate or other relevant educationMust be able to demonstrate considerable mastery and skill in their tradeMust be willing to pursue and obtain NATE and CRF CertificationMust have an insurable driving historyMust be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skillsMust have outstanding verbal and written communication skills -
RESIDENTIAL INSTALLER
Our residential installers are those who are responsible for installing and configuring new HVAC equipment in the homes of customers all across the Portland area. This position requires extensive knowledge of all types of HVAC equipment, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and more. Ideal candidates will possess their own tools, be capable of working both on their own and in a team-based environment, and have exceptional customer service capabilities.Requirements:Must have journeyman level experience installing HVAC equipmentMust be CFC Certified (NATE Certification not required, but preferred)Must be able to install and troubleshoot new installations of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and other residential heating and cooling equipmentMust be able to work with sheet metal and ductworkMust be able to lift up to 60 pounds unassistedMust be comfortable working in tight spaces and in hot and cold weatherMust have an insurable driving record Must own basic HVAC installer’s tools
