November 29, 2007   A year ago we had our new heat pump installed with ducting to the new part of our home, and today I had to place a call to ask a question about a "red" flashing light on our thermostat.  From our first meeting with Randy, the system being installed by Stuart and today's call with Michelle, the service your company provides is way beyond a "5" (Outstanding! Wow! Excellent!).   We received the "thank you" book on Oregon which is on our coffee table in the living room and (was with) this questionnaire.  We are not ones to give an immediate opinion or rate a service until we have had time to use the system and see how we as customers are treated by all employees in your company.  By sending this back to you we can honestly say that we would recommend your company to any one of our friends who need help with their heating and cooling systems.  My husband works in the community and in his line of work (insurance) he is asked often for recommendations, and he too without hesitation would recommend your company to his clients!   In conclusion I just wanted you to know that you got our business by those clean trucks!  We were having heating problems and trying to decide what company we should use.  My husband was at the car wash and saw one of your trucks being cleaned and told me that we should place a call and get a bid from your company.  That Randy is one nice salesperson and it sure doesn't hurt that he has the experience to keep our old system going until our new unit could be installed.   Thank you again!  Merry Christmas and a happy prosperous New Year to all of you!   Darrell and Karen Bennett Oregon City, OR

August 8, 2007   I just purchased and had installed a new air conditioning unit from A-TEMP and thought I'd give you some feedback.   Kevin Sims helped me select a unit and made all the arrangements for financing, obtaining the building permit and arranging for installation.  Kevin is a real pro.  He was helpful, honest and a great guy to deal with.   Corey Parsons installed the air conditioner this week - Monday and Tuesday.  Corey has been to my home before for a furnace tune-up and he is excellent.  When he left on Tuesday, the place was cleaner than when he arrived.  He went about his job quietly and efficiently and I am very happy with the outcome.   So my thanks to the A-TEMP team.  I've now purchased a furnace (in 2002) and air conditioner from you and will happily refer other customers to you.   All the best,   Mary C. June 7, 2006   First I would like to thank you for the Oregon book you sent.  It arrived a couple of days ago and I enjoyed reading the descriptions and looking at all the beautiful illustrations.   I would like to compliment your company on the fine employees they have.  The installers who put the furnace and heat pump in were very nice and very professional.  Everything was cleaned up, they were polite in every way.  Nathan and Stuart were the installers plus an electrician and a helper.  Also Stuart came back to vent the spare bedroom.  All work seem to be done in a short time with no problems.   The sales rep, Barry, is a top-notch person.  Very personable, pleasant person to have represent your company.   I would recommend your company for the employees as well as for the products they install.  Although we haven't had the system very long, I'm sure it will prove to be a good one.  Mostly your employees have made this an enjoyable experience.   Sincerely,   Lemo R. October 2, 2005   To Whom It May Concern:   Our first encounter with A-TEMP was last New Year's Eve.  Our furnace stopped working just before the first ice storm.  Unfortunately because of the holiday A-TEMP was unable to come out until the following week.  A service person did come out and fix our furnace.  We knew that we needed a new furnace but decided to wait until summer to get it installed.    It was because of everyone's courtesy, friendliness, helpfulness and overall customer service that we decided to call A-TEMP to install a new furnace and air conditioning system for us.   We are not disappointed in our decision.  Most companies promise excellent customer service but few actually deliver on that promise at the highest level like A-TEMP!  I cannot express enough how much your concern and caring for your customers is appreciated.  You ALL do a truly remarkable job!  I would like to thank Scott Akin for his time, level of knowledge, educating us and choosing the absolutely perfect system for our house.  Unfortunately I do not have the names of the two men who installed our system but would like to thank them as well for their professionalism and their great quality of work.  I have never seen such a nicely installed heating and cooling system.  I am proud to show it off.  They worked every day they were scheduled to work, were on time and were never off schedule.  People with whom we spoke on the phone were equally professional in their work.   Your customer service skills are very genuine and never come across as "put on" for the day.  People must be very happy working at A-TEMP.   I would not hesitate to recommend A-TEMP to anyone.   I have a friend in Austin, Texas who has on his business card, "In a world of compromise...some don't."  I think this can apply to A-TEMP as well.   Thank you all.  We appreciate what you do!!   Sincerely,   George and Debra D.
