April 7, 2008   We had some problems with our furnace after installation - three instances of smoke coming out of the registers.  The first time was on New Year's Day, and after calling A-TEMP, a technician was at our home within a very short time.  It happened twice more and each time we called A-TEMP, technicians listened and responded to our concerns, troubleshooted and finally the problem was solved.  Randy was especially vigilant in helping find the solution.    Needless to say, we are very impressed with A-TEMP.  We now totally trust our furnace, are happy with our installation, and thoroughly satisfied with our experiences with A-TEMP.  We have told several of our friends, and one of our neighbors is talking about replacing his furnace.  We have recommended he call A-TEMP and hopefully he will.   Thanks for all your help and expertise!   Sincerely, John and L.E.
