September 8, 2007   I am writing to give high praise to your service technician, Jason.   Our air conditioning unit froze up while we were on vacation and upon returning on August 31, the unit was covered in ice.  With my in-laws visiting and two more relatives visiting the next night, what might not have been an emergency became one.   I called A-TEMP Heating & Cooling and asked if there was any way a technician could come out.  This was at 4 PM on a holiday weekend so I was really pushing my luck.  Sandy said she would check and get back to me.  At 5 PM she said Jason was on call and would be over.   Jason arrived at 6 PM and worked to nearly 8 PM trying to get the unit working.  He accomplished the task and we were able to sleep well.  Unfortunately, the unit froze up again overnight and I had to make another call.  Once again Jason came to the rescue.  I watched as he tried to siphon the drip line and crawl under the house to clear the drip line.  Jason patiently worked on the unit, staying until all the ice was out of it.  He was out at our home from 9 to 12:30 on Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend.  I can't say enough wonderful things about this man.  He is a credit to A-TEMP Heating & Cooling with his diligent work.   Thank you so very much, Scott and Suzie F.
